This document is a valuable resource, addressing common inquiries about our collaboration. The core of our connection lies in the relationship between the homeopath and the patient. Paying for your first appointment implies agreement with the terms outlined here. For аny questions, feel free to contact me.

Payment and Attendance Obligations:
1. Upon payment for your initial appointment, you automatically agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
2. Payment is due 48 hours before your scheduled session. Which you can pay on my web page https://www.holistichealingforlife.com/services Failure to comply will result in session cancellation. Late arrivals or forgotten appointments will incur a charge. Please be punctual, respecting the time constraints of our schedule.
Appointment Management
1. It is your responsibility to note your upcoming appointments.
Program Adjustments
1. In the event of program changes due to forgetfulness, vacation, illness, delayed post, etc., please provide ample notice for rescheduling.

I'm available to assist you from Monday till Saturday. Emails will be responded to during standard working hours, Monday till Saturday. You can find me through Email, Messenger, or Instagram, please use these channels for communication, although I may not check them regularly.

Feel free to resend if you haven't heard from me within 2 working days.

In urgent situations over the weekend, consider the following options: seek assistance from your ER/A&E.

Acute Support

Acutes refer to sudden and fast-onset conditions that may be urgent or discomforting, such as a cold, fever, or stomach bug.

However, it excludes an increase in a long-term symptom discussed during our call. For swift assistance, it's essential to have a small homeopathy kit available.

If you encounter an acute issue, email me in the morning, and I'll guide you on the appropriate remedies or recommend an acute 20-minute appointment for more complex situations (priced at 45 euros). Contact me through private message on WhatsApp.

Homeopathy Kits: Consider investing in a homeopathy kit for immediate relief during acute problems, avoiding the need for Tylenol/Calpol, antibiotics, or painkillers. Helios or Ainsworth offer recommended kits, and you can order directly or through me if you're in Ireland.

Postal Service: Prescriptions and remedies are sent via standard Royal Mail/Anpost postal service, arriving within 5 working days in Ireland.

Note: The consultation fee covers the prescription, with remedies included free of charge. If you prefer to order the prescription yourself, please inform me.

First Session Agreement

By scheduling your initial appointment, you signify agreement with the following points.

Recognize that comprehensive solutions to your concerns require multiple sessions, particularly for chronic illnesses. While 95% of patients experience improvements after the first session, committing to at least three sessions is advisable. Natural medicine is a genuine fix but not an instant one.
Initial sessions last up to 60 minutes, and follow-ups up to 30 minutes. The appointment duration may be shorter if we've gathered all needed information for your prescription.
Payment covers session time, with an additional 30-60 minutes dedicated to working on your case post-session. While we provide free support, kindly manage this service and my time responsibly. For effective communication, contact me via watsaap during Irl working hours, keeping messages concise.
Agree to follow the prescribed program and refrain from taking other homeopathic remedies without agreement. Discuss any plans for other medications or therapies with me during appointments for informed decisions.
Commit to private collaboration and refrain from posting negative comments on social media without discussing concerns with me first. Posting without allowing me to respond is considered unfair and may lead to immediate contract termination. Seeking help from other homeopath while working with me should be discussed.
Acknowledge that the content on my website and services is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider for medical concerns. The relationship between the homeopath and patient is paramount, and confidentiality is maintained unless you choose otherwise.
