Your health is our priority, however, we have to touch uncomfortable topics regarding fees and missed appointments.
We understand that unplanned problems may arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. In this case, we respectfully request that you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of €30 will be charged.
Cancellation or missing an appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee.
